Great central location, easy access to metro and attractions. Plenty of natural light in the room. 24-hour reception service available. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Security measures in place to ensure safety.
Felt extremely safe, no complaints.

Central.
Although it is mentioned that there is free wi-fi in all the parts in the hotel, the wi-fi was not applicable in my room. Actually the wi-fi is only applicable at the lobby. Therefore this should be solved via putting additional Wireless Modem/s to certain points of the hotel. Otherwise this proposal (free wi-fi modem through the hotel) should be deleted from the advertisements.

The room was very clean and it was serviced every day! My room was cleaned everyday after I would leave, so no disturbing from the housekeeper. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly.
There is construction going on on the building and the noise was very disturbing, it woke me up every morning. Also at times the elevator was not in service. But my major complain is that one of the main reasons I booked the hostel was for the wifi access which I did not have a single day, it was broken all the time and I had to go to public places for internet access.

The hotel has an excellent location on the Gran Via which puts you within walking distance of all the main attractions, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. the staff are generally friendly and helpful. the rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as a TV and clean towels.
The soundproofing is poor and you might hear noise from the street below, which could disturb a good night’s sleep.

Room was confortable and personel was cordial. Location is excelent since is in the nerve of the urban movement and even when is true that are prostitutes near the place overnight, is not invasive their presence nor an issue, some are very light clothed but no nakings at all.
WiFi signal does not reach the far places of the building. Our room was one of the farest on the floor and signal was poor and conection intermitent. Personel is cordial and willing to help but their knowledge of the zone, tourism and services near are insufficient to give guidance or advice.

Great location, although it can be noisy with the windows open (even 6 floors up- you sort of expect that with a city centre hotel). Macdonalds/McCafe downstairs for a quick breakfast. Great for a one or two night stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the centre of the city, close to all the main attractions and with easily accessible public transport. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and ready to assist. Also, the rooms were clean and cozy with modern amenities.
The hotel was a bit noisy, especially at night, as it was located on a busy street. Additionally, the rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around if you had a lot of luggage. my experience at the hotel was good, but I would recommend bringing earplugs to deal with the noise.

The hotel has a perfect location in the center of the city -- within walking distance to any major tourist site in Madrid. For those travelling heavy, it is only 50 meters away from Gran Via metro station. We were impressed with the cleanliness in the room and the hotel. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Our room was facing the street, which is full of people during all time of the night. Nonetheless, it was well-isolated from the noise -- just keep the windows closed when you go to bed. Overall the hotel is a great deal for the money -- it covered our expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and location.

there was a smell of smoking in non-smoking room, and thus i have to keep the window open day and night, even if it was close to zero outside.

This hotel is perfect for a city break with its amazing location. It is right in the heart of the tourist area, just steps away from Gran Via subway station. You can easily explore the city and reach the hotel from the airport by subway. The area is vibrant and bustling, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby, ensuring you'll never go hungry. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the basic necessities, including spacious bathrooms and even a small balcony with views to an inside patio. All in all, this hotel offers a great experience and there's really nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. Located along the pedestrian walkway just north of Sol at Gran Via metro stop, it's in the heart of the city and provides easy access to major tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, especially the front bedrooms with views to an inside patio, are clean and well-maintained.
No negatives; everything was just fine.

Good location (at the heart of Gran Via) and convenient price (45 euros / night/person) given the location
There is not any breakfast, but you can take it in a restaurant in front of the building (adding around 10 euros/day). Some beds are located near the Gran Via Street: if it gets hot (in summer) it could be noisy if the window remains opened (it wasn't my case)
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
